PROPERTY CLEANUP AND PLANTING
It is time to get all our properties cleaned up, fertilized, and annual plants added for beautiful color. Kings Forest requires that all homeowners make sure that your homes and yards meet the standards as set forth in your section’s Deed Restrictions and Covenants. You should have received a copy when you closed the deal purchasing your Kings Forest home. You are able to access them on this website, by section number, under the “Kings Forest Deed Restrictions “ tab or through the Town Square app.
If you are planning to make changes to your property, such as home additions, new roof, color change, tree removal, etc., please complete an architectural change form and submit it to the KFCA Architectural Change Committee for pre approval. Forms and instructions are here under the “Architectural and Yard Changes” tab.
It is our responsibility to keep Kings Forest looking like the village within Kingwood we all enjoy calling home.
MONTHLY HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION AND BOARD MEETING
The Kings Forest Community Association meets at 7:00 PM the third Monday of each month at the Community Pool Clubhouse located on Woods Estates. Please attend these meetings to share your opinions on items of concern to you and learn about current issues before your board. Kings Forest is our community, we urge you to be an active participant. Signs will be posted throughout Kings Forest to remind you to attend.
