All exterior architectural and many yard landscaping changes must first receive prior approval by submitting a request form. Such changes include cutting trees, additions, replacing a roof, or repainting your home. The following form must be filled out and returned to the email address at the bottom of the form, or submitted directly through www.townsq.io. Only after approval has been given in writing can architectural changes proceed.
