The Kings Forest community pool is located at 2615 Woods Estates. Users swim at their own risk; no lifeguard is present. The pool is open year round. Pool hours are dawn to dusk. The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance.
Entry to the pool is through an access fob system.
Updated procedure (2023) to get pool access for your family:
- The homeowner accesses TownSQ and opens up a new request to receive a pool fob.
- Alternatively, the homeowner can contact our neighborhood management company representative, Angela Williams, Community Association Manager, 713-329-7143, awise@pmghouston.com
- PMG will then determine residency of the homeowner. Once this is confirmed, PMG will add the appropriate fee to the homeowner’s account on TownSQ.
- PMG (Angela)will contact the homeowner and confirm their account has been verified. They can then pay the fee electronically via TownSQ, or agree on an alternative payment method such as a check mailed to the PMG.
- A community association representative (a Kings Forest resident) will be informed that the application is approved and will contact the homeowner to get the pool fob to them asap. This is a major change from before, when the fob was mailed from the management company. This new procedure should drastically reduce the time between initial application to when the pool fob is hand delivered to the homeowner.

The pool and clubhouse can be rented for private parties and meetings.
Rental fees are as follows:
- Pool facility only: $20 per hour for residents, $40 per hour for nonresidents.
- Clubhouse only: $30 per hour for residents, $60 per hour for nonresidents.
- Pool and clubhouse: $50 per hour for residents, $100 per hour for nonresidents.
- Cleaning deposit: N/A for pool facility only, $75 for clubhouse only, $75 for pool and clubhouse, in the form of a separate check. Damage deposit: $200 in the form of a separate check. Checks will be returned when the key is returned, after the pool and clubhouse are checked for damages, and cleaning fees are paid. Loss of clubhouse key: $50.
- Payments: make check payable to KFCA.
- Maximum of 25 people.
- Other residents cannot be prevented from using the pool during the party.
